Wear Strip

While wear strip is required for the majority of conveyors that use polymer, plastic or stainless steel belting, it creates additional joints that must be cleaned. We have minimized restrictions to these joints by spacing the wear strip off of all support members as well as designing attachment methods which can be dismantled without tools.

Serpentine Pattern Outside Wearstrip Belting Support Bolt in Belt Guide Return Pucks UHMW Guides Wear strip mounted without bolting. Removable by lifting off of conveyor frame. Wearstrip supported in slotted flat bar. Removable without tools Some situations require rigid attachment of UHMW guides or wearstrips. UHMW is spaced from attachment point with nylon washers in this circumstance. Solid UHMW return pucks clipped on support frame. Easily removed for cleaning in a COP tank.
